Bhor Academy is a dream, dreamt by the members of Harendra Chandra Das Memorial Educational Society, shaped to the reality to educate the next generation of the society with the modern education, keeping in touch the eternity of our culture, customs and social responsibilities. Desired to make pupils of the society, most responsible citizen, Harendra Chandra Das Memorial Educational Society was established in 2007 in fond memory of Late Harendra Chandra Das, an indissoluble person of Bhowalpara, Dhupguri. First English medium school of the city empowering the children with knowledge and accountability to create agreat society. Today, Bhor Academy is one of the the most premiere and renowned educational institution of the district.

Bhor Academy is always committed to develop the educational interest of the pupils. We are endeavoured to enthuse the children of all level, irrespective of gender, cast and colour, to get complete education. Bhor Academy has also endured education of the under privileged children of the society. The HCDME Society sponsors few students from the under privileged segment to get free education in Bhor Academy.

Bhor Academy is a Senior Secondary School with Science and Humanities with highest educational standards, affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi since 7th of January 2013.
